In 1974 the company started a commercial mortgage operation and financed over $150 million of real estate projects in its first eighteen months of operation. In addition to the commercial financing, the company handled over $80 million of real estate brokerage business during that period of time.

Starting in 1978 to present time, the company began participating in private investments. During this period of time acquisitions and sales in excess of $100 million have been completed. These have included raw land, multifamily, retail, commercial, land development, and construction.
